Alivia Cooper, MS, CPCU, CRM, CIC (she/they), currently serves as the president & CEO of The FitzLane Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on providing fully funded mental health therapy to underprivileged transgender youth across Florida. In addition to her non-profit work, Alivia’s current role within the insurance industry is as a claims analytics manager with Amerisure Insurance Company. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring seamless data and analytics delivery across all parts of the claims organization. She collaborates with business partners across disciplines on the strategic development of analytic solutions to meet both internal and external business needs. Alivia and her team also support the claims data needs of Amerisure’s agency partners and policyholders in partnership with the Claims Experience Organization. 

Throughout her time at Amerisure, she has also assumed roles as a senior marketing underwriter and national service coordinator, and currently serves on multiple committees and boards of directors throughout the industry. Alivia earned her Bachelor of Arts in business administration, risk management & insurance from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in risk management & insurance from Florida State University. She holds the designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Alivia is also active in the DE&I space as an Amerisure DE&I ambassador & member of the national CPCU Society’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness (IDEA) committee. Outside of her work, Alivia enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and crafting.

Dr. Brad Gronke helps people build upon their strengths through inclusive engagement. He serves as a technical training manager for Gallagher Bassett. He educates experienced professionals as well as those new to insurance and provides leadership coaching through collaboration with superlative colleagues. He is an outcomes-driven, influential claims leader, and public speaker with nearly a quarter century of experience. He launched Ignite P3, where people will “be prepared to perceive what's possible.” Ignite P3 was created to provide educational consulting, including keynote speaking on leadership as well as courageous conversations about inclusion, diversity, equity, and awareness. He also serves as faculty at Benedictine University. Passionate about developing a true sense of belonging for all, Dr. Brad is a member of the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness) Committee for the CPCU Society, the CLM Alliance, as well as Rising Star Insurance Executives. He serves Gallagher Bassett's Include@GB steering committee as a network leader.

Dr. Brad has risen in the CPCU Society through director and officer positions at the local Chicago-West chapter level, currently serving as the immediate past president. He has served on the IDEA committee for several years as a member and vice-chair, striving to attain our society goals. Dr. Brad has been published several times in the journal of the CPCU Society, Insights as well as produced webinars, and presented at In2Risk every year to help make our society the best in the industry for our members.
