July 15, at 11 a.m. ET

Join us for an engaging exploration of workers’ compensation in this inaugural webinar of the Legal & Regulatory Interest Group's "Questionable Decisions" series. This fast-paced session will cover a handful of workers comp coverage considerations including "course of employment," "coming and going" rule, and "personal comfort" doctrines, followed by a rapid-fire analysis of some recent court decisions that help illustrate or clarify coverage applicability. Rather than deep case studies, this webinar provides bite-sized overviews of workers’ compensation coverage provisions in action. This webinar is only intended as a high-level exposure to certain timely coverage considerations, and it is not legal advice.

Key Takeaways:
Improve clarity on workers’ comp doctrines and coverage considerations pertaining to recent decisions.
Learn about recent court cases that illustrate sample coverage interpretations.
Understand different legal perspectives on either side of illustrative decisions.
