Brianna is the Corporate Relations Coordinator at Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking (BEST). A skilled trainer, she has facilitated over 20 live and interactive human trafficking prevention trainings for various businesses and industry associations. She utilizes her expertise to educate individuals based in the U.S. as well as internationally about the role that employers play in combating human trafficking. Brianna works with businesses across multiple industries, with a primary focus on human trafficking prevention training for the aviation, maritime, and transit industries.

Brianna graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Sociology and Law, Societies, & Justice. Her degrees focused on inequality in social and legal systems, and addressed issues such as international human rights and women’s rights.

BEST is a non-profit organization with a mission to educate employers to prevent human trafficking and create pathways to employment for survivors through awareness raising, consultation, and training. BEST has trained employers across all 50 states and internationally as well.

As an integral member of the Xceedance CAT team for over 10 years, she has been a key contributor since the team's inception, playing a pivotal role in driving its growth and impact.

Throughout her tenure, Nikita has successfully led numerous engagements for clients across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the ANZ regions. Leveraging advanced statistical methodologies, simulation techniques, and historical data analysis, she consistently delivers actionable insights that empower organizations to enhance their preparedness and mitigate the adverse effects of natural catastrophes.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nikita actively contributes to the CPCU Society, making substantial contributions to the CPCU Global Virtual Committee through various innovative initiatives.
