Emily Donnelly, CPCU, AIC, AIDA, ARM, AIDA, AINS, AIS, API is an energetic and accomplished talent development specialist at Rutgers University - Camden, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the University’s faculty and staff into a formidable team of leaders and individual contributors. Her career journey been a testament to her dedication and passion for personal and professional growth.

Emily is a recognized speaker and motivator, known for her authentic and lively approach to leadership and development. In her role, she creates and facilitates leadership and development programs that align seamlessly with RU-C’s mission to provide a culture of continuous growth and learning.

Beyond her role at RU-C, Emily is an influential leader in the insurance community. She serves as the president of the Central Jersey Chapter of the CPCU Society, where she actively contributes to the growth and development of insurance professionals in the region. Additionally, she holds the position of vice chair of the global CPCU Society's Emerging Leaders Committee, is the Director of Communication for SITE (Society for Insurance Trainers and Educators). In her free time, this mom of 2 races in triathlons and rows on a Dragonboat team!

Lauren Logan, CPCU, AIM, AIDA has been in the Personal Lines insurance industry at New Jersey Manufacturer’s Group for over 8 years, beginning as a licensed representative and progressing to Onboarding Supervisor in January 2022. She has been instrumental in developing and overseeing the virtual new hire training program. Lauren received her CPCU in 2018 and maintains several additional designations. She is a Treasurer for the Central New Jersey CPCU chapter and a volunteer for the Society’s Emerging Leaders committee.
