He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Insurance from Florida State University. Since joining Johnson Lambert in 2019, Mitchell has demonstrated comprehensive audit leadership, managing client engagements from planning through completion while providing on-site supervision and mentorship to junior staff. His responsibilities include drafting financial statements and client reports, evaluating risk and key controls, and identifying significant accounting issues. Mitchell is actively involved in professional development as a member of the Insurance Accounting & Systems Association's Professional Development Subcommittee and serves on Johnson Lambert's Recruiting Committee.

Paul Roderick, CPCU, ARM, is a digital product owner at Midwest Employers Casualty (a W. R. Berkley company), where he oversees claim operations and leads initiatives to modernize legacy processes in excess and reinsurance lines. Matthew Rigsby has been working in education-related research for over a decade. After spending 5 years abroad as a teacher in South Africa and South Korea, he returned to the United States to work as a curriculum evaluator and school policy researcher in support of public schools and higher education. In 2020, Matthew joined The Institutes as a Principal Researcher where he continues to support education and professional development through market research and business intelligence projects.
