What it’s about:

What some view as value-added services are certainly worthwhile and appreciated, but they are really just the price of admission. True value-added services are proactive and difficult to duplicate. The best are those that focus on preventing bad things from happening in the first place. This webinar will focus on services provided by carrier and agency insurance professionals that do just that.

At the conclusion of this webinar, the active participant will understand:

  • The primary purpose of insurance professionals
  • The services necessary to stay in the game and how to create a value-added service menu and plan
  • True value-added services that differentiate while fulfilling the primary purpose of preventing bad things from happening through education

Richard Coskren

Richard Coskren, CPCU, is currently a senior consultant for the Polestar arm of The Institutes. Before joining The Institutes in November of 2016, he served as the CEO and a senior coach at Polestar for 11 years and as the CEO of the Insurance Educational Association for five years. Other positions include senior training officer for four property-casualty companies and branch manager for sales and service at AT&T. Coskren is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences and coauthor of High Payoff Selling. He is currently serving his fifth term as secretary of the New Hampshire CPCU Society Chapter and third as secretary of the International Association of Professionals Granite State Chapter.

How do I report my CE for CPCUs credit?

Webinars count for 1 hour of CE for CPCUs credit. Your credit will be automatically reported with your registration for a live webinar. You can also earn CE for CPCUs credit by viewing recorded webinars though the Knowledge Center. All webinars watched in the Knowledge Center will be automatically reported for 1 credit.

Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?

At this time none of the webinars are approved for CE in any state.
