What it’s about:
Learn about harassment in the workplace from two lawyers and workplace culture experts. Solution-based and practical, this presentation will feature storytelling scenarios and discussion about issues of unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment, complaint reporting, and corporate culture. This webinar encourages collaborative conversation, long-term learning, and risk reduction.

At the end of this webinar, the active attendee will understand:

  • Quid pro quo, who can be a harasser, and the types of conduct that constitute sexual harassment
  • Hostile work environments, protected classes, harassing conduct, how the workplace is defined, and what is unlawful harassment
  • How the complaint process works, including reporting, manager responsibility, retaliation, and how to create cultures of zero-tolerance in order to prevent harassment

How do I report my CE for CPCUs credit?

Webinars count for 1 hour of CE for CPCUs credit. Your credit will be automatically reported with your registration for a live webinar. You can also earn CE for CPCUs credit by viewing recorded webinars though the Knowledge Center. All webinars watched in the Knowledge Center will be automatically reported for 1 credit.

Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?

At this time none of the webinars are approved for CE in any state.
