What it’s about:

In this webinar, we will address the challenges and opportunities of front line and mid-level supervisors. We will focus on both the newly promoted manager and experienced manager. Join us if you want to improve your ability to delegate effectively, communicate clear objectives, and inspire your team to higher levels of performance.

At the conclusion of this webinar, the active participant will understand:

  • How to delegate effectively, overcome the temptation to "do it all yourself" and hold your team accountable
  • The keys to gaining buy-in from your team on important company objectives and the best ways to help your team play to their strengths
  • How to transition smoothly from peer to manager and gain the respect of your team

If you are registering for a webinar less than 1 hour before the webinar is scheduled to begin or if you have lost your log in link, please email webinar@cpcusociety.org and staff will respond immediately with the log in link.

How long are CPCU Society webinars?

One hour, on average.

Can I view a recording of the webinar if I missed the live event?

Yes. If you have registered for the live webinar, you will receive the recording by email once the webinar has concluded. You can also watch past recorded webinars in the CPCU Society Knowledge Center.

What webinar platform does the CPCU Society use?

How do I report my CE for CPCUs credit?

Webinars count for 1 hour of CE for CPCUs credit. Your credit will be automatically reported with your registration for a live webinar. You can also earn CE for CPCUs credit by viewing recorded webinars though the Knowledge Center. All webinars watched in the Knowledge Center will be automatically reported for 1 credit.

Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?

At this time none of the webinars are approved for CE in any state.
