How Effective Leaders Use Questions to Build Innovation and Commitment

Thursday, June 15, 2017  2:00 pm Eastern

What it’s about:

When someone comes to you with a problem, do you just give them the answers? You could instead ask questions of your subordinates or peers. By asking questions, you can increase alignment, engagement and accountability. In today's business world, we all need to create a learning organization in which employees are encouraged to develop and grow their skills.

Asking the right type of question is at the heart of effective communications and information exchange. By using the right questions in a particular situation, you can gather better information and learn more, build stronger relationships, increase dialogue, manage people more effectively, and help others take responsibility for their decisions.

At the conclusion of this webinar, the active participant will understand how to:

  • Determine when questions can be most effectively used
  • Learn the many types of questions that can be employed
  • Determine which type of question is most effective for a given situation
  • Use questions that flex a particular leadership style

Who should attend:

This webinar is for all professionals and leaders who want to build and hone skills that will improve not only their own performance but also the performance of others.
