The coming changes to the ISO Personal Auto Policy will impact numerous insurance companies and thousands of personal auto policyholders. These major changes, which will go into effect in September 2018 in many states, will be discussed.

David Keleher, CPCU, ARM, AIM, CIC

David Keleher is a senior property and casualty specialist with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. He has over 46 years of experience in the commercial insurance field and has worked as an insurance company regional manager, agency owner, insurance broker and risk management consultant. In his present position, Keleher provides advice and counsel to insurance regulators in all 50 states and five United States possessions.

Keleher is a former president of the Kansas City and Los Angeles CPCU Society chapters. He has served as an area governor for the Society in Missouri and Arkansas and is a member of its Regulatory & Legislative Interest Group. Keleher has also spoken at the Risk and Insurance Management Annual Conference. 



Sandee Perfetto

Sandee Perfetto is the Director of Personal Auto Product Development for ISO, where she manages the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO's Personal Auto and Personal Umbrella insurance programs. Over the years, she has helped develop a number of new products, including ISO's coverage options for ridesharing drivers and motorcycle insurance program. Sandee began her career at ISO in the Personal Lines Division. She graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelor of science in insurance and finance, and from Queens College with a master of science in education.

How do I report my CE for CPCUs credit?

Webinars count for 1 hour of CE for CPCUs credit. Your credit will be automatically reported with your registration for a live webinar. You can also earn CE for CPCUs credit by viewing recorded webinars though the Knowledge Center. All webinars watched in the Knowledge Center will be automatically reported for 1 credit.

Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?

At this time none of the webinars are approved for CE in any state.
