William Auten joined the Ontario Insurance Company in December 2007 as the claims manager and was promoted to vice president of claims in November 2011. William has more than 20 years of insurance claims experience. Prior to his position at Ontario, he served as an independent adjuster for various firms and as a staff adjuster for Selective Insurance Company.
Bill Wilson, CPCU, ARM, AIM, AAM
Bill Wilson retired from the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America in December 2016, where he served as associate Vice President of Education and Research. He was founder and director of the Big "I" Virtual University for over 17 years, and the former director of Education & Technical Affairs for the Insurers of Tennessee. Prior to that time, he was employed by Insurance Services Office, Inc.
Richard Coskren, CPCU, is currently a senior consultant for the Polestar arm of The Institutes. Before joining The Institutes in November of 2016, he served as the CEO and a senior coach at Polestar for 11 years and as the CEO of the Insurance Educational Association for five years. Other positions include senior training officer for four property-casualty companies and branch manager for sales and service at AT&T. Coskren is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences and coauthor of High Payoff Selling. He is currently serving his fifth term as secretary of the New Hampshire CPCU Society Chapter and third as secretary of the International Association of Professionals Granite State Chapter.

How do I report my CE for CPCUs credit?
Webinars qualify for 1 hour of CE for CPCUs credit. If you are a CPCU Society member viewing a webinar live or recorded in the Knowledge Center, your credit will be automatically reported. Non-member CPCUs viewing webinars can self-report their activities.
Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?
At this time no CPCU Society webinars are approved for CE in any state.
