Getting Back to the Basics: An Agent or Broker's Role When a Proof of Loss is Received
When an insurer demands a proof of loss, the policyholder often has many questions about what the form is and how to complete it. When these questions arise, policyholders may contact their agent or broker first with questions. This webinar will show you how to answer these questions with confidence and ensure that the claims process is not delayed.
The Imminent Death of the Insurance Agent
Much of the industry buzz for the past few years has been about the proliferation of start-ups (also known as "disrupters") and how they are going to revolutionize the insurance industry and potentially displace the insurance agent. This webinar explores the issues and makes some predictions for the future of the insurance agent, including whether agents are likely to be displaced and what agents and insurers can do to separate reality from perception, hype and hyperbole.
Agency/Carrier Connection: Addressing the Barriers to Success
This webinar addresses the importance of teamwork between carriers and agents/brokers in achieving their goals, and it will offer keys to a successful connection. We will show you how to pinpoint the most critical success factors, avoid common points of contention, address agency segmentation, and implement winning sales behaviors.
