Steven Fernandes is the director of Innovation for Octo Telematics and is responsible for creating new telematics product and service offerings for the North American marketplace. He has worked in insurance innovation for over a decade, identifying and implementing insurance products for major property and casualty insurers, including telematic services.
Paul Samson is the director of Loss Control Services for Nationwide Insurance. He has spent more than 20 years serving the needs of his middle-market customers within the Property and Casualty and Workers Compensation insurance industry. Paul holds numerous credentials, including the CPCU, ARM, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Fire Protection Specialist, Certified Life Safety Code, Level I Thermographer, Level I Fire Fighter, and Authorized Outreach Trainer, as well as being a licensed claims adjuster and property and casualty broker.
David Tobias has been in insurance his entire life. His father started Research Specialists Insurance Inspections, which David took over 10 years ago to grow into a national inspection company with over 500 inspectors. In 2015, he co-founded BetterView to provide the insurance industry with drone software and solutions.

Webinars qualify for 1 hour of CE for CPCUs credit. If you are a CPCU Society member viewing a webinar live or recorded in the Knowledge Center, your credit will be automatically reported. Non-member CPCUs viewing webinars can self-report their activities.
Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?
At this time no CPCU Society webinars are approved for CE in any state.
