Three Simple Ways Customer Service Representatives Can Encourage Cross Selling Between Commercial and Property Lines

Wednesday, July 26, 2017  2:00 pm Eastern

What it’s about:

Many customer service representatives (CSRs) sometimes struggle to integrate their service role with their sales function, particularly when it comes to cross-selling. This webinar offers three concrete actions to help CSRs turn service touches into easy cross-sell conversations.

At the conclusion of this webinar, the active participant will understand:

  • The four pillars on which any successful cross-selling initiative depends
  • How a simple turn of phrase can generate favorable customer interest in a cross-selling conversation
  • How commercial lines CSRs can, with very little disruption to their workflow, tee up property lines conversations for colleagues to handle
  • How to break the road-block that email puts in the way of effective cross-selling conversations
  • How to handle customer resistance without sounding pushy

Who should attend:

Customer service representatives and leaders responsible for their growth and development will benefit from attending this webinar.
