Brexit and the Insurance Industry—A Never Ending Saga?

Tuesday, February 12, 2019  11:00 am Eastern

Presented by the International Insurance Interest Group

What it’s about:
On June 23, 2016, the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union. After two and a half years of negotiations, Britain will leave on March 29, 2019. The departure of the UK from the EU has significant impact on all international insurers, particularly those operating in the London Market. This webinar will explore the impact that Brexit will have on insurers and what insurers are doing to prepare themselves for it.

At the end of this webinar, active attendees will understand:

  • How insurers are planning for Brexit
  • How political uncertainty is affecting the insurance industry
  • Opportunities that Brexit presents to the insurance industry

Who should attend:
Underwriters, claims personnel, risk managers, lawyers, regulatory and compliance personnel, and C-suite executives will benefit from attending this webinar.
