It has been a tumultuous last year in an industry that was already experiencing great disruption and upheaval. It is coming at a time when we need diverse and inclusive workplaces to attract and retain employees. How can we manage our attitudes with so much change? How can we face our own doubts and fears and assist others in doing the same? We will look at research and statistics that power of believing in ourselves and others. By creating an environment in which employees feel competent and included, an organization can build a thriving and creative workplace to which people bring their best selves.
