  • Seek opportunities within your chapters to increase diversity awareness
  • Share your ideas on how you can support the Society's commitment on diversity with CPCU Society leaders and Diversity Committee members
  • Contact a member of the Diversity Committee to let us know what you are doing to promote diversity.
    The importance of this effort will require the commitment and participation of all CPCU Society members, so please contact any Diversity Committee member with your comments and thoughts.

Diversity Resources

Diversity is an important perspective in the CPCU Society. One of its' five core values is Diversity of Views, and under the 2007 Strategic Plan, a significant objective is assisting the industry in attracting a stream of diverse new talent.

Because the Society encourages chapters to offer at least one program a year to explore and promote diversity, the Diversity Toolbox is designed to assist CPCU Society members and chapter leaders in putting together programs to understand other people, ideas, and opportunities, and to attract diverse new talent.
