E-Communications Made Easy

The CPCU Society uses e-communications—or, simply put, e-mail—to stay in touch with members. Done properly, e-mail is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to communicate today. Many of our members have even indicated that e-mail is the best and preferred means for them to receive information. Our objective at the Society is to do everything we can to make this means of communications as user-friendly and productive for our members as possible.

To that end, we’ve collected a series of frequently asked questions that address the most common issues we’ve seen regarding our e-communications. Check back regularly—we’ll update and add more FAQs as they come in.

If you need further help, please e-mail your question or a description of your problem.
