The
Business Case for Diversity at the CPCU Society analyzes
whether the CPCU Society's expressed commitment to increasing the diversity
of its membership makes business sense. The paper examines scholarly
studies, community expectations, Corporate America's evolving needs and
demands, and the Society's desire to maintain and enhance the value of
the CPCU designation. The paper concludes that a business case can be
made for the Society's promotion of diversity inside and outside of the
Society.
The Kaleidoscope
Group has partnered with the CPCU Society to create a diversity resource
web page for CPCU Society members.
