Volunteer Leader Best Practices: Leadership Characteristics and Choices
In this high-energy, three-hour session, attendees will examine and discuss leadership characteristics and leadership choices that leaders make. This session is designed for all CPCU Society members as well as chapter and section leaders who are charged with the responsibility of fostering candidate development, visibility, diversity, and inclusiveness. Attendees will participate in lively, educational activities to enhance their motivation to learn. A successful chapter insurance education program will be reviewed to illustrate leadership choices and how those choices enhanced the chapter's areas of responsibility. Find out how you can embrace the future. It's your choice.
