Thinking in Business
This full-day course is designed to provide insights into the concepts
and tools for implementing creative thinking to meet emerging future challenges
in the business environment. Participants will explore the challenges
facing organizations and the need for creative solutions; be able to effectively
review data from multiple sources and determine trends and meaning; know
what three questions to ask in reviewing data to ensure effective analysis;
and recognize the consequences of redundant pitfalls. At the conclusion,
