How can I make sure that I am receiving all of the member e-mail communications from the CPCU Society?

As a member of the CPCU Society, your benefits include member publications, like e-LINK, that are distributed electronically. In addition, the Society will use e-mail as the fastest way possible to alert members of upcoming Society events or about other important member news. To make sure that you receive all of the membership benefits to which you are entitled, make sure that your e-mail server will accept mail from (or “whitelists”) the following CPCU Society domain names:

  • cpcusociety.org
  • cpcusociety.info
  • cpcusociety.com
  • cpcusociety.net
  • cpcusociety.us
  • cpcusociety.biz

If you have done everything you can think of to allow e-mails from the Society to reach you, and you still are not receiving e-mail like the monthly e-LINK, then you will probably want to contact your Information Systems staff. The Information Systems staff at the CPCU Society is available to consult with members or their technical support staffs to help resolve any blockages of information. Alternatively, your current e-mail address in the member database could be flagged as incorrect based on past failed attempts to reach you. In either event, contact the Member Resource Center at (800) 932-CPCU, option 4 to identify and resolve the problem.
