Chapter Recognition—Circle of Excellence

Get the Recognition You Deserve!
The CPCU Society’s Circle of Excellence Recognition Program recognizes each chapter for its efforts to achieve benchmarks in chapter performance. Plus, the program provides officers, committee members, and task force chairmen with the structure and guidance they need to best serve their members. Chapters can earn Gold, Silver, or Bronze recognition by completing key initiatives of the Society’s strategic plan.

Chapters that quality for the Circle of Excellence Recognition Program are recognized at the CPCU Society’s Annual Meetings and Seminars, which is held each fall. Submissions are due on June 1 of each year. Please use the links below to read and print out the 2007-2008 Circle of Excellence Recognition Program documents.

2007-2008 Program Guide (doc): It is suggested that you read this Program Guide first. It contains detailed descriptions of the program and all the criteria for the Circle of Excellence Recognition Program.

2007-2008 Planning Checklist and Reporting Form (xls): The Planning Checklist and the Reporting Form have been combined into one document. You can now mark your planned items and report your results on the same form. Please check the items your chapter plans to complete and submit your planning checklist at the beginning of the chapter year. Then, using the same form, describe your completed activities and submit the form to the Society by June 1, to be considered for the Circle of Excellence Recognition Program.

2007-2008 Champion Recruiting Contest
New in 2007-2008, chapters that recruit new Champions are eligible to win cash awards up to $300. Check out the contest rules, a list of employers without Champions (xls) (to earn bonus points), and Champions at the start of the 2007-2008 calendar (xls).
