  • Encourage high-potential staff members to pursue the CPCU designation

  • Set an organization-wide policy to pay for your employees’ CPCU class registration and exam fees, books and study materials

  • Consider rewarding staff for each CPCU exam passed

  • Offer a bonus, or promote employees who have earned their CPCU designation

  • Incorporate the CPCU designation into employee objectives and career paths

  • Make the CPCU designation a prerequisite or highly desirable qualification from advancement to certain positions
