Biography
W.L. Richard, CIC, ARM, AAI, is the founder and managing partner for Insight Consulting Group in Phoenix, Ariz., a firm that offers management, sales and risk management services to a wide variety of company and agency clients and nonprofit organizations. Richard has more than 35 years’ experience in the insurance and risk management industry, having served in both agency and company positions. He is a regularly published author, consults and lectures extensively for industry and agency groups, and serves on the boards of several organizations.
