Developing Internal Capability
This seminar will provide participants with techniques to help them become successful diversity-change agents. As organizations pursue the diversity journey, they encounter different stakeholders with varying levels of commitment to the subject. Competent change agents are able to meet people where they are and then respectfully and skillfully move them to a clearer understanding of the need for their commitment. This session will help you develop the framework to guide strategic diversity change in your organization; understand how to effectively engage leadership in the diversity efforts; explore how to avoid roadblocks and overcome obstacles; and establish accountability to achieve sustainable diversity success.
