Friday, Aug. 28 8:30 a.m.–Noon (registration begins at 8:30 a.m.)

Take some time before the Annual Meeting and Seminars to explore downtown Denver. Join us for the Denver Discovery Walk, a three-hour timed event open to all Annual Meeting registered attendees. Bring your family and friends. It’s fun for all ages!

Among the highlights:

  • See a 40-foot blue bear peeking into a building.
  • Find a chair large enough for the blue bear.
  • Stand exactly one mile above sea level on the steps of the Colorado State Capitol.
  • Learn who invented snaps on cowboy shirts.
  • Visit President Eisenhower’s summer home.
  • Stroll through a bronze garden.
  • Find an unusual use for a bank vault.
  • And much more.

Cost: $5 per individual; $10 per family. Proceeds benefit the CPCU-Loman Education Foundation. Each participant will receive a drawstring sport bag containing water and sunscreen.
