All CPCU Society members, new designees and candidate members are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting and Seminars. And for the first time ever, nonmembers are invited to attend the Annual Meeting.

How to Register

Online Registration is now closed —

You can register onsite at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver beginning Friday, August 28, 2009 at 7 a.m.

Annual Meeting Registration Refunds
Full refunds for Annual Meeting registrants will be granted on written requests postmarked by July 15, 2009. After this date, refunds less $150 (Full Non-CPCU), $125 (Full CPCU and New Designees), $100 (Senior), $70 (Guest), and $50 (Senior Guest) will be granted on written requests postmarked between July 16 and Aug. 28. No refunds will be granted after Aug. 28. For further information, call the Member Resource Center at (800) 932-CPCU, option 5.

How to Register
July 17 is the deadline for registration. Registrations postmarked after July 17 will incur a $50 late fee.

CPCU Society Members (including New Designees and Candidate Members)
CPCU Society members may register for the Annual Meeting and Seminars online, by mail or by fax. Online registration is fast and easy. Using your member login, complete the online registration form. To register by mail or fax, download the registration form (PDF), and mail or fax it to the CPCU Society.

CPCUs Who Are Not CPCU Society Members
If you are a CPCU, but not a member of the CPCU Society, please call the Society’s Member Resource Center at (800) 932-CPCU, option 5, before you register for information on how to renew your CPCU Society membership. As a member, you will enjoy the member discount rate for the Denver Annual Meeting and Seminars, as well as other valuable benefits.

Non-CPCUs
If you are not a CPCU, you can register online, by mail or by fax. Online registration is fast and easy. Create a guest login and complete the online registration form. To register by mail or fax, download the registration form (PDF), and mail or fax it to the CPCU Society.

Conferment-Only New Designees
If you are a new designee who plans to attend only the AICPCU Conferment Ceremony and not register for the meeting, please download the registration form (PDF). Fill out Sections 1 and 7 only, and fax the registration form to the CPCU Society. You may also call the Society’s Member Resource Center at (800) 932-CPCU, option 5. Also, be sure to make your hotel reservations.
