What’s It About?
The importance of integrity and ethics for employees and the companies they work for is more important than ever given today's new economic times. From corporate codes of ethics to personal integrity statements, the importance of upholding corporate values and living up to your own personal standards is critical. We will review ways that companies and employees can live these values every day. We will also uncover methodologies that organizations and their potential employees can utilize during the interview process to ensure that employee/employer values are a match.

Presenter

Marty E. Murphy, CPCU is the senior vice president of Jacobson Associates, the professional recruiting arm of The Jacobson Group. He directs the day-to-day operations of Jacobson Associates and manages select permanent placement searches for the firm’s core industries: insurance, healthcare and financial services. Murphy joined The Jacobson Group in 2002 after serving more than 20 years with Lincoln Financial Group, and its former subsidiary American States, in various executive positions on both the property/casualty and life/health sides of the insurance business.
