Ethics and the Insurance Leader: Forging a High Values Culture

Whether we are referencing an excellent person, business, or organization, ethics and values play a key role in reaching excellence. In this seminar, we will explore the connections between ethics, values, and corporate culture. Attendees will analyze what it means to be ethical, how people and organizations demonstrate values, and how corporate culture is created and supported by its leaders. We will review the success of organizations with high values cultures to demonstrate that high values equal business and personal success.
In this seminar, attendees will learn:

  • What it means to be ethical in relationships.
  • How ethical people demonstrate their values.
  • How the actions of ethical persons support organizational values.
  • What it takes for the leaders of organizations to achieve a high values culture as demonstrated by its stakeholders.
  • How organizations obtain commitment to a high values culture.
Risk and insurance professionals face new challenges every day. By attending this seminar, they will understand why adhering to high ethical standards is more than just a requirement for licensing or certification, it is vital for success and the attainment of excellence.
