This workshop will explain the recent revisions to the standard commercial lines forms of Insurance Services Office, including Commercial Property, Commercial general Liability, Commercial Auto, Commercial Crime, and Equipment Breakdown.

Who’s It For?
This workshop is designed for producers, underwriters, claims adjusters, risk managers, and any other professionals working in the commercial property and liability insurance.

Speaker

Arthur Flitner, CPCU, ARM, AIC, is senior director of knowledge resources with the American Institute for CPCU and Insurance Institute of America. He is responsible for keeping the content current in the Institutes' coverage courses, including CPCU 551 - Commercial Property Risk Management and Insurance and CPCU 552 - Commercial Liability Risk Management and Insurance. He was previously associate editor of The Fire, Casualty, and Surety Bulletins of the National Underwriter Company. Flitner earned a master's degree from Eastern Michigan University and his bachelor's degree from Ohio University. He is a member of the CPCU Society's Brandywine Valley, Del/PA Chapter, and has made numerous presentations at chapter-sponsored workshops and Annual Meeting seminars.
