What’s It About?
Participants will examine leadership characteristics and choices tht leaders make. This workshop is designed for leaders who are charged with the responsibility of fostering candidate development, visibility, diversity and inclusiveness. Attendees will participate in stimulating educational exercises to increase their capacity to absorb new skill sets.

Speaker

Kellie Green, CPCU, is a Senior Manager with Allstate Insurance Company, with responsibility for personal lines risk management. Her experience includes assignments in field underwriting, project management, compliance, education and employee development, communication and various leadership positions.

She received her CPCU designation in 2003, and has been an active member of the CPCU Society. Green completed MBA studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago and received her MBA from Kent State University.
