It About?
Experienced insurance experts and trial attorneys will provide guidelines for avoiding problems and pitfalls that await any professional who is unprepared for the demands of expert engagements. Topics will include preparing an effectual report and giving effective testimony. Live demonstrations will include mock depositions and trial testimony. Claims personnel will benefit from learning what to expect when an expert is required for defense of coverage, E&O, or declaratory relief actions. Attorneys will learn the best timing for the retention of an insurance expert as well as how to make the best use of the expert. All speakers will be available to answer your questions.
