Presenters

Christopher DiDomizio, SPHR, is associate vice president of human resources for ACE INA Corporation. He has worked on recruitment, retention, development, organizational design, compensation, and employee relations. DiDomizio established a national college program to enhance diversity and manage college relations. He has also presented at CPCU Society educational events and on college campuses. DiDomizio earned his masters in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Charlie Silla, is senior vice president of human resources for ACE INA Corporation. He manages the company's candidate relations, succession planning, talent pathing, development, and recruiting processes. Silla is a board member of the Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society and of the Settlement Music School in Philadelphia. Silla earned his B.S. at King's College.
