Leading Change

Change is a certainty in the insurance industry. There is little control we have on the economic, political and legal environments in which we operate; therefore, it is a leader's ability needed to generate change. This course will speak to the importance of change, the change process and tools for successful change. Participants will also explore the biggest mistakes leaders make when trying to transform organizations and how best to avoid the common pitfalls.
