| Innovation: From Vision to Reality |
The ability to innovate at an increasingly rapid pace is critical for staying competitive in today's global marketplace. Given the importance of speed of response, becoming skilled in creating new and innovative approaches to meeting customer needs better, cheaper, and faster must be seen as everyone's job. This highly interactive session will outline key factors for innovation to occur; and provide practical and immediately useable strategies for addressing individual issues and fostering innovation throughout one's organization. Participants will have fun, and leave with new skills that are immediately applicable to their workplace! |

Carol Sager, Ph.D., is president at Sager Educational Enterprises. Sager is an internationally recognized consultant and executive job coach who specializes in areas related to innovation, change leadership and personal leadership training. She has provided leadership for numerous change initiatives focused on increasing productivity, improving workplace safety, school reform, and crime and drug policy. A nationally recognized leader in the field of Quality, Sager has served as vice president of The American Society for Quality (ASQ). She currently chairs the ASQ Community Good Works Program, a global initiative to help community organizations increase their efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to founding Sager Educational Enterprises, Sager was a superintendent of schools in both Illinois and Massachusetts. Sager is a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops and has won the BOSCON Award for delivering outstanding presentations. She is also published widely.
