Bringing it Home: Management Principles for Self-Development and the Strategic Development of Others

This session will explore five critical steps you can take to experience the energy and positive outcomes you desire from your career and the careers of those around you. These tools will help you maintain the positive perspective that you've enjoyed here and "infect" everyone around you with it!

Presenters

Christopher DiDomizio, SPHR, is assistant vice president of human resources for the ACE Group of Companies. In roles at ACE and at other companies, he has worked on recruitment, retention, development, organizational design, compensation, and employee relations. DiDomizio established a national college program to enhance diversity and manage college relations. He has also presented at CPCU Society educational events and on college campuses. DiDomizio attended the organizational dynamics program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Charlie Silla is senior vice president of human resources for the ACE Group of Companies. At ACE and at other companies, he has managed domestic and international human resources functions. His areas of expertise include recruitment, retention, succession planning, development, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation. Silla has served as a board member of the Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society and of the Settlement Music School in Philadelphia. Silla earned his B.S. at King's College.
