How to Work through Difficult Conversations without a Hammer

Whether you are working with a boss, co-worker or client, your success depends on your ability to manage and transcend difficult conversations and work through the emotions that conflicts engender. This workshop will help you understand your conflict style, recognize why people become defensive, learn strategies to break down defenses and learn methods to build collaborative problem-solving efforts.
