Building a Bridge: Connecting a Multi-Generational Workforce

Today's workforce spans four generations from Traditionalists to Millennials. Competing generational viewpoints, values, and approaches are undoubtedly causing friction in the workplace. It is your professional responsibility to break down generational barriers and accept that each generation had a great deal to offer. This session will show you how to build a bridge through cross-generational networking.

Presenter

Martin E. Murphy, CPCU, is the senior vice president of The Jacobson Group and manages select permanent placement matches. He has worked as an executive for Lincoln Financial and its former subsidiary, American States. He most recently served as a regional chief executive officer in St. Louis, MO.
