The Key to the Future Lies in Our Heritage: Traditionalists and Baby Boomers

Traditionalists and Baby Boomers, along with their knowledge and experience, are exiting the workforce in droves. This session will explore the mindsets, desires and work ethics of the Traditionalists and Baby Boomers; it is vital that younger professionals appreciate and accept generational diversity. Leverage these insights and make adjustments in your approach and relationships. Capture the wealth of technical and industry knowledge these generations offer to unlock the door to future success.
