The iConnection: Create Promising Horizons with Gen X and Gen Y

Currently, GenX-ers comprise a majority of the workforce; soon Gen Y will become the largest generation this country has ever seen. This seminar will teach applicants both generations' characteristics, motivators and idiosyncrasies. It is important to make the iConnection to boost productivity, to take advantage of the diverse perspectives these generations offer and to prepare them for future career opportunities and challenges.
