Creative Facilitation Skills

Leading groups and informational sessions is not easy! Participants will learn how to increase program attendee involvement and interest from beginning to end. Participants will gain techniques for conducting breakout sessions, dealing with difficult individuals, getting everyone engaged and managing program length.

Presenter
Jim Swan, CPCU, AIC, AIS, AIM, is currently is the country-wide auto physical damage training consultant for The Hartford Insurance Company. He began his career as a claims handler in Great Falls, Montana. Previously he served as the training and development leader for Hartford's Western Personal Lines Claim Service Center in Phoenix, AZ. Swan teaches INS, AIC, and CPCU classes and is a facilitator for the CPCU Society Center for Leadership.
