What's It About?
Just when you were getting to know the 2004 CGL policy, a new round of changes has led to the creation of the 2007 CGL, which itself has undergone changes! In addition to a revision of various provisions, a number of new multi-state endorsements has been introduced. Insurance professionals for years have relied on Bryan Tilden, CPCU, CIC, CLU, to help them learn what they need to know, and the CPCU Society is proud to present this timely and important workshop!

Who’s It For?
This workshop is designed for all insurance professionals and other professionals who must protect the interests of their “customers,” including agents, brokers, underwriters, adjusters, reinsurers, risk managers, and attorneys; and who have at least three years of experience.

What You’ll Learn
At the conclusion of this workshop, the attentive learner will be able to:

  • Understand the history of previous changes to the CGL policy.

  • Identify how the latest changes impact coverage in general.

  • Identify how the changes affect the Business Auto, Garage, and Truckers programs.

  • Recognize case law that prompted the changes.

  • Identify and understand the latest changes in the new 2007 CGL Policy.

  • Provide the coverage and advice that your customers need and expect from insurance professionals.
