Celebrating Our Differences: Ethics and Diversity

This seminar will address issues that may arise as insurance professionals communicate with a diverse population in sales and insurance. Attendees will examine various scenarios that may occur as they interact with persons of differing racial, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Topics will include how one's response may be received and interpreted by the recipient. Participants will develop an awareness of diversity issues that, when addressed, leads to personal enrichment and competitive advantage. Insurance professionals who are in direct contact with consumers and users of insurance products will gain valuable insights at this seminar.
