Managing Performance—Aligning Your People with Your Strategy

Hiring, maintaining and promoting effective employees are the foundations on which a successful insurance agency is built. It is key that both management and employees understand their performances as these are important tools for agency and employee growth. Anyone who depends upon successful insurance producers will benefit from this seminar.

Presenters

Mike Emery is an assistant vice president in training and development for agency markets of the Liberty Mutual Agency. Previously, Emery managed of training and organizational development for Addison Wesley Longman Publishing. He holds an M.B.A. from Boston University and an MSEd and B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.

Matthew A. Prescott oversees management training for the Liberty Mutual Agency. Prescott provided management consulting to teams and individuals of the State Street Corporation. He earned his masters degree in organizational psychology from Springfield College and his B.S. from Rutgers University.
