The War for Talent: Where Will Your Future Employees Come From?

With the impending “brain drain” as large numbers of Baby Boomers retire, it is imperative to plan replacing those experienced employees. This seminar will discuss what must be done to create a pipeline for new entry level insurance agency personnel and how to develop them into productive employees. Participants will explore initiatives such as Project InVEST.
