Mock Trial: The Truth Revealed about Noah Omitian and the Liberty Bell

The 2008 edition of the mock trial will feature a property and liability loss involving both first and third party coverages. It will be alleged that the broker was negligent in failing to place insurance for the property risk at issue. The mock trial will focus on implications for agents, brokers, underwriters and claims professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to view the aftermath of the trial at a related seminar presented by the Claims Interest Group on Tuesday.

Robert L. Siems, J.D., CPCU, is an insurance defense trial attorney in private practice with the Law Offices of Robert L. Siems, P.A. Siems was a partner with the insurance defense firm of O’Doherty, Gallagher & Nead.
