CPCU Members and New Designees

CPCU members and new designees can now register for the 2008 Annual Meeting and Seminars online.  To register, log in to the Society’s web site. Once you have logged in, the link to the online registration will appear – see below.



Potential Completers and Candidate Members

Potential completers and candidate members can not register online. Please mail or fax your registration form, or call the Society’s Member Resource Center at (800) 932-2728, option 5.

Conferment-Only New Designees
If you are a new designee who plans to attend only the AICPCU Conferment Ceremony and not register for the meeting, please fill out Sections 1 and 7 only, and return the registration form to the CPCU Society. Be sure to make your hotel reservations.

Annual Meeting Refund Policy

Annual Meeting Registration Refunds
Full refunds for Annual Meeting registrants will be granted on written request postmarked by August 1, 2008. Refunds less $125 (Full CPCU and New Designees), $100(Senior), $70 (Full Guest), and $50 (Senior Guest) will be granted on written request postmarked between August 1 and September 5. For further information, call the Member Resource Center at (800) 932-2728, option 5.

Hotel Information and Cancellation Policy

Reservation deadline: August 13, 2008.

Reservations must be made with Experient by August 13, 2008. After that date, the hotels will release rooms from the CPCU block which have not been reserved and make them available to the general public.  So, after the 13th, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. This means that rooms may not be available, or that they may only be available at a higher rate. Please note that the CPCU Society exercises no control over this process.

Note: Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are 14 percent

If, on August 14 (only), you have changes or cancellations to previously made reservations, please hold them until August 15, and then contact the hotel. August 14 is the day that Experient will transfer reservations to the hotel.  
 
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If not, you will lose your reservation and forfeit your deposit. Please also note that the hotel may charge a fee if you check-out prior to your scheduled departure date. Please confirm your departure date upon check-in.
