What You’ll Learn
In this course, we will examine the impact of ethics on the successful leader and successful organization. Proving the value of strong ethical values is the first step toward creating an ethical culture in any organization. We will explore the traits of successful leaders and ethical persons to examine similarities and determine desirable traits. We will discuss how barriers impede ethical decisions and how to overcome those barriers.

Learning Objectives
Following this course, attendees will have a better understanding of how to make ethical decisions and the impact of those decisions on their organization’s culture. Attendees will:

  • Gain an understanding of the risks associated with ethical failure.

  • Develop tools for making ethical decisions.

  • Learn how moral courage supports those decisions.

  • Prepare to take a leadership role.

Leaders today face more challenges than ever before. Developing skills to make the right choices has impact far beyond the individual. This course will set tomorrow’s leaders on the path to developing the skills needed to accept those challenges and succeed.
