Solve the cross-generational workforce puzzle and your organization will be poised with the talent necessary to grow. Today’s workforce spans four generations from Traditionalists to Millennials, and it is more important than ever that organizations fully understand the differences and embrace the value of diversity.

Instructor:
Marty Murphy, CPCU, is the senior vice president of Jacobson Associates, the professional recruiting arm of The Jacobson Group. In addition to his primary role of managing the day-to-day operations of Jacobson Associates, Murphy plays a key role on the niche human capital and professional services firm’s executive committee, assisting in the continued development of the entire organization. Murphy also manages select permanent placement searches for the firm’s core industries: insurance, healthcare, and financial services.

Murphy joined Jacobson Associates in 2002 after serving more than 20 years with Lincoln Financial Group, and its former subsidiary American States, holding various executive positions in the property/casualty, life/health, and investment areas. His last position with LFG was regional chief executive officer of the Lincoln Financial Advisors office in St. Louis.
