The importance of effective negotiation in today’s competitive marketplace is so critical that the success of many businesses rides on the fortunes of both formal and informal negotiations. Yet, how many of us fully understand the negotiation process? This course will prepare participants to successfully handle negotiations.


Instructor:
Ernest E. Grecsek, CPCU, is a training and development consultant. He has served as an adjunct professor with National-Louis University in the College of Management and Business. Grecsek has 25 years of insurance experience with Nationwide, Wausau, and Allstate Insurance Companies. He received his B.S. from Wagner College, and holds a master of arts degree in human resources development and training from The Ohio State University. Grecsek received his CPCU designation in 1987. Grecsek is past president of the Society’s Columbus, Ohio and North Central Florida Chapters; and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Southwest Florida Chapter and the Society of Human Resource Management.
